Exchanges

Units damaged in shipping
Please inspect the unit thoroughly. Even though the box looks damaged, the unit may be in working order. If the unit is damaged, please do the following:
  • Refuse the delivery so the unit can be returned to us. Please inform us via the Returns Request Form within 5 days so we can coordinate a replacement.
  • If you could not refuse delivery because you were not present, please inform us via the Returns Request Form within 5 days so we can coordinate a replacement.
  • There is no restocking fee for replacing units damaged due to shipping. For these units, we will pay for the return shipping of your item to our warehouse and we will ship you a replacement unit at our expense.
  • Both damaged and defective units will be thoroughly inspected to validate their working condition. If the unit is deemed to be in proper working condition, a restocking fee of 15% as well as the "to" and "from" shipping charges will be charged to your credit card. The standard shipping charges for an espresso machine is $20 - $30.
  • If you have NOT informed us of the damage within 10 days, then you have accepted this product in its current condition and a replacement or refund will not be issued.
Defective Units
In many cases, a defective unit can be resolved over the phone by calling the manufacturer directly. Please have the product model number and a detailed description of the problem so the support staff can better assist you. You can locate the support staff by calling one of the numbers below:

If troubleshooting is not able to resolve the issue, we can exchange the unit for another of the same or comparable model at no cost to you within 30 days of receipt of your order.  However, if we receive the original unit back and the distributor deems it in good working condition, a restocking fee of 15% as well as the "to" and "from" shipping charges will be charged to your credit card.  The standard shipping charges for an espresso machine is $20 - $30. We recommend that you troubleshoot your unit first before you request a return merchandise authorization number.

Changed your mind
If you change your mind and would like to exchange your order for something else, you may exchange it for something of equal or greater value within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will waive the restock fee for these exchanges but the “to” and “from” shipping as well as any difference in price will be your responsibility. The standard shipping charges for an espresso machine is $20 - $30.

To exchange your order for another item, please place a new order for the product of your choice. Then you will need to complete the Returns Request Form stating you want to exchange the item and you have already placed a new order. Please include the order number of the new item.

You will be responsible for sending the original order back to us. When we receive the original order and we can confirm the purchase of another item of equal or greater value, we will issue a refund of 100% of the original order (minus any shipping costs)..

Request a Refund

For Opened Units
You may return opened units for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Since this product return is not due to our error, a 15% restocking fee plus the “to” and “from” shipping and handling costs will be assessed. Since these units are opened, they cannot be sold as new. Opened units include items damaged in shipping and defective items where we are not allowed an opportunity to correct the error. Any shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed. We will issue a call tag to have a shipper pick up the unit. The call tag will have all of the necessary information for the return, including the return merchandise authorization number.
  • All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). This enables us to coordinate your return with the distribution warehouse to get the fastest response to your needs. RMA# requests are made via our online form Returns Request Form .
  • All returns without a return merchandise authorization number will be refused at our warehouse and returned to the sender.
  • Items must be in original packaging, in good condition with the original packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC labels, manuals and accessories. No refund can be issued if any of these items are missing.
  • • Please allow 2-5 business days for your RMA request to be processed. A call tag will be issued for ALL returns and this shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount in addition to the restocking fee. The standard shipping charges for an espresso machine is $20 - $30. Call tags will have the necessary information for the return, including the return merchandise authorization number. This enables us to coordinate your return with the warehouse to get the fastest response to your needs.
  • Please allow approximately 30 business days from the date the distributor receives the item back to refund your account.
For Unopened Units
You may return Unopened units for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Since this product return is not due to our error, a 10% restocking fee plus shipping and handling costs will be assessed. “To” and “From” shipping costs associated with this return are not reimbursed.
